This conglomerate is made up of 3 companies which are part of the music publishing and author societies in the United States: RSM Publishing (ASCAP), Risamar Publishing (BMI) and Megasongs Publishing (SESAC). Our operation is nourished by a team of A&Rs, catalog administrators, administrative and legal team whose mission is:

• Protection (registration), representation and commercial exploitation of the works that in our case are the musical composition (the joint of the lyrics, melody and original elements of the musical accompaniment) for the benefit of our composers.
• We encourage the creation of new high-value compositions through collaborations with artists, producers and composers. We not only facilitate works for artists but for commercial purposes also through the licensing of works for Advertising, TV, Cinema, Videogames, Series, among many others.
• We create value for the participants of the creative economy: digital platforms (DSPs), audiences/consumers, composers (clients), author's and publisher's societies, the media-transmission and all other participants of the creative economy.
